There are 2 ways to create your Journal. You can do it on a workout that has an assigned Journal task or directly going to the Journal screen.

  • To directly create a journal. Go into your profile by clicking on the Profile button.
  • Once on the screen, click on the Journal link.
  • On the Journal screen, you can see the list of Journals that you have created or otherwise empty if you haven’t created one yet.
  • Tap the plus icon (+) on the top right corner to create a new journal entry.
  • Once you are on that screen - you can now add your journal and tap on SAVE to save your journal.

To edit a Journal.

  • To edit a journal just click the edit icon on that journal entry.
  • And then you can now able to edit your journal. Tap SAVE when you're done editing the journal.
